Prior to LexisNexis, Sean spent 11 years with Medtronic leading Business Insights & Analytics teams focused on building internal and external stakeholder deliverables that increase growth through patient access or reduce cost by optimizing people, process, technology and data including: Global claims data acquisition (multiple 3rd party vendors), Data management – ETL, QA, Store, and Insight – Descriptive (BI), Predictive & Prescriptive analytics. Sean has a BA in Finance from the University of St. Thomas and an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
