The biggest challenges and questions our clients face are:
-What are the best claims to work for the highest ROI?
-How do I maximize staff effort and results?
-How do I stay profitable while managing all of the competing priorities? i.e. In network/out of network contracts, reduction in staff, more expensive staff, loss of control in outsourcing, lower reimbursement.
3. Can you share with us 3 of your proudest achievements/best successes in helping your clients?
1-Working with a client to help them transition and maximize remaining A/R while in a software transition. This helped recover cash and help them to come out of the transition in a good financial position.
2-A 5+ year engagement with a large East coast lab to help them recover from many previous mistakes and issues, recover large amounts of net cash, and allow them to stabilize their lab position and grow. After navigating Covid and adding testing volume, they were ultimately acquired because of their stability and financial position.
3-One of our west coast clients embraced our innovation. Because of our different way of looking at common issues faced in the RCM world, this client was able to streamline their processes, collect more cash, and save on staffing costs. Our insights dashboard has been a game-changer for moving their company to the next level.
4. What are you most looking forward to in the upcoming Diagnostic Reimbursement Conference?
I’m excited to share our innovative software and insights dashboard because I know we can help companies achieve their goals quickly and efficiently. The industry is starting to learn about how we are doing things differently to change the overall approach to collecting and converting denials. Every time we share our software with insights dashboard, we always hear the same thing. “This is what we’ve been looking for!” Partnerships and further relationships are also extremely important, and we are ready to meet the leaders who we can help.
5. What are you keeping an eye on in the reimbursement landscape these days?
Industry patterns and trends are always important to watch and adjust to, but front-line managers and staff need a voice and a team who can listen to their challenges and come up with innovative solutions. That’s where e5 Workflow comes in. Our team wants to hear what the industry is struggling with and find solutions to help. We also think it is very important to understand the ideas that could make our client’s daily work better, more efficient, and have the biggest impact . Our goal is to make our customers successful.
