Why do you believe that the Pharmaceutical Sample Compliance & Accountability Conference is important for sample compliance executives?
It will allow us to not only share our experiences but educate our colleagues as to how effectively manage all the changes in the compliance space.

What do you hope attendees will take away from your presentation or panel discussion?
I hope they will learn a new or improved way to do things.

What three things have you learned from the first year in sample compliance reporting for the Sunshine Act?

  • Start with the end in mind as it relates to data
  • Communicate with all people involved in the data process
  • Put safeguards in the system to protect the sales representatives from themselves

What reporting trends do you see arising as your next season of reporting begins?
Increased scrutiny in how we report other office staff members as it relates to samples.
