Paul Kaiser
Digital Marketing Consultant
Digital Intervention

How many years have you been in the industry?
25 years in the pharma industry and 14 in digital marketing

Why do you believe that the Pharmaceutical Multi-Channel Marketing Conference is important?
The multi-channel marketing conference is important because it allows professionals to share our digital experience within the pharmaceutical industry. It is important to know how all channels can work together effectively, or to better understand which channels to use or not use.

What do you hope attendees will take away from your presentation, workshop or panel discussion?
I hope the attendees will take away one more story of how an effective marketing campaign can change a life for a patient. Hopefully I will provide inspiration for the next digital marketer.

What inspires your passion and/or interest for Multi-Channel Marketing and/or healthcare?
My passion is driven by the appreciation I see on patient’s faces when they are brought together for the first time through digital channels. A connection they may have never had before the digital era.

What do you believe is the best part about Multi-Channel Marketing and the direction the Pharmaceutical Industry is heading with Marketing?
Pharmaceutical marketing is not always a simple process, but it is never boring. The more that social networks can assist in providing information and making connections, the more I believe our efforts are worth it.

What is your favorite “channel” when it comes to marketing and why? (more traditional print, iPhone apps, Facebook pages, banner ads, television etc)
My favorite channel has not been created yet. What I mean is that every couple years a new channel will be created, and the one that people latch onto will always be the favorite. Right now anything mobile is king of the channels. It can be an APP, a website or a text message. People love interacting with their phones.

Steven will be one of the distinguished presenters at the Pharmaceutical Multi-Channel Marketing Strategy Conference.
