nmhQ1 Productions recently held a company-wide clothing drive to benefit homeless patients being treated at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Downtown Chicago.  In just two weeks, Q1 has collected nearly 100 items to be donated.

As Chicago experiences colder temperatures, Northwestern Memorial Hospital downtown had an increased need for warm clothing that can be given to patients – specifically homeless individuals.

“When homeless patients come into the ED who are sick or have been hurt, their clothes are sometimes ruined. We want to be able to provide them with something to keep them warm and safe,” says Suzie Condon-Paskiewicz, LCSW, social work clinical leader in the ED. “Donations also help us treat people with human dignity. Everyone deserves something clean and warm to wear.”
