(Chicago, IL) – Back by popular request, Q1 Productions will host the 2nd Annual Maximizing Medical Device Customer Support Operations Conference, May 14-15, 2015 in Atlanta, Georgia, bringing customer service and operations executives an exclusive opportunity to discuss the latest challenges and best practices surrounding the customer support space. Customer support professionals from small, midsize, and large medical device and diagnostic companies are invited to participate.

 

This year, conference delegates can expect in-depth sessions, panel discussions, case studies, and small group workshops on a wide variety of topics such as sustaining revenue growth with value added services, training hospital staff, contracting for purchasing groups, international logistics and strategies, and much more.
