Within corporations large and small, training of staff is an essential component of running a successful organization, and in the medical device and diagnostic industries, a large group of executives function in this capacity, training both internal sales and commercial executives, as well as training that is conducted with healthcare professionals to ensure products are used safely and effectively in the clinical setting. Over the past 10 years, Q1 Productions has hosted an annual series of meetings designed to meet the specific needs of medical device training and development staff, which began with the Medical Device Sales Training & Development course, which quickly added the additional track of sessions dedicated to clinical education. Each of these tracks of sessions have similarities, with a focus on how to effectively train and educate adults, but at the same time have a unique viewpoint based on the end-user being trained.
