  • Supplier contract negotiation, selection and supervision, including audio visual services, venue, menu planning and transportation
  • Extensive internal sales campaign to generate sponsorship and vendor attendance.
  • Overall execution and on site management including room design and supervision, signage and registration.
  • Post-Event Analysis and Reporting
