• Development of strategy for marketing and promotion including invitations and guest information packs
• Design, budget and price exhibitor and sponsor packages
• Create and implement an extensive sales and marketing campaign. This will naturally include the application of an experienced inside sales team.
• Sponsorship and exhibitor database implementation and management
• Pre and post event liaison with clients
• Pre event sales workshop conducted with the exhibitors and sponsors to assist with their onsite performance
