Blaine Collison is the director of the United States Environmental Protection Agency’s Green Power Partnership, a national climate initiative that focuses on accelerating domestic renewable energy development. Since joining the EPA in 1996, Mr. Collison has managed energy efficiency efforts in residential new construction, consumer product performance labeling, and commercial and institutional building management. Blaine will be joining us to speak about purchasing green power and the proper allocation of RECs in energy markets.
