Ensuring Proper Etiquette and Best Practices through the Development of Corporate Compliance and Ethics Programs, Creating a More Transparent Organization and Focusing on the Impact of New Reforms and Regulations within the European Pharmaceutical Industry

November 7-8, 2011 | Frankfurt, Germany

ABOUT THE CONFERENCE

Across Europe, Pharmaceutical companies are facing tremendous challenges in ensuring their corporate ethics and compliance, amid a number of high-profile, well publicized cases of non-compliant behavior. From Foreign Corrupt Services Act investigations, to the UK Bribery Act and the ABPI Code of Practice, companies are currently very concerned about the appropriate and compliant behavior of their organizations. Building on a number of highly successful US-based compliance programs, the European Pharmaceutical Corporate Ethics & Compliance Conference will bring together leading executives from the industry to discuss a wide variety of compliance issues that they currently face.

Over the course of the two days, these experts will discuss everything from the development of corporate codes of conduct on national and regional basis’, to aligning these codes with international corporate codes, as well as the evolving regulatory framework under which these corporations are governed.

With a goal of creating more transparent organizations that operate in an ethical manner, this conference will bring not only ideas to the table, but will also engage participants to further discuss measures that can be taken to increase overall corporate ethics and compliance.
